RETURN POLICY


We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
  • Clearance/Final Sale items (including orders paid fully with store credit or coupons) are non-returnable, unless defective.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Options: store credit, different product, or refund to original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping label not provided.

Steps:

  1. Include your packing slip/order confirmation and desired exchange details.
  2. Ship to the address we provide via email.
  3. Once received, we’ll send your replacement or issue a refund/store credit.

REFUNDS

  • Tracking number required for all returns.
  • Processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
  • Shipping, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
